How to use bread & butter cucumbers or squash.

Chop them up and use them in  potato salad, pasta salads,  chicken salad, tuna salad or crackers with cheese. Exchange with your regular pickle in a sandwich.

Bread and Butter pickles adorn many southern tables throughout the year. Our team of chefs and artisans take on the product and show you a few different delicious ways to share it on your table!

Fried Pickles – Who doesn't like fried pickles?! Simply bread and fry them, we suggest the Fried Chicken Mix as an easy breading mixture.

Chop up the pickles and use as a dressing for a smoked salmon salad. Mix 4 ounces of Smoked Salmon, 2 tablespoons chopped Bread and Butter Pickles, 3 tablespoons aioli, and 1 teaspoon chopped dill. Serve it at room temperature.

For breakfast or brunch give your eggs benedict recipe a boost by simply cutting up the pickles into smaller portions and mixing in with Hollandaise sauce. We recommend 1 tablespoon of minced pickles to every cup of Hollandaise.

Use the pickles and the liquid to make a great German Potato Salad. German Potato Salad is potato salad without mayo so you would use the vinegar and pickles to dress the potatoes.

Put a little aged cheddar pimento cheese on a cracker and top with a bread and butter pickle for a yummy and easy appetizer or take the same concept and make a super pimento cheese sandwich.

Of course, you can always go classic with adding the diced pickles to your grandma's deviled egg recipe!
Put a Bread and Butter Pickle on a Pork Belly Biscuit Canape for a sweet and savory mix!

Try this recipe with the Squash or Cucumbers.
