Frittata

Usually when I make a frittata I just wing it. So in order to have some sort of recipe I looked over the internet and after looking at many recipes this is what I have come up with. This is a basic frittata mix and this is about as precise as I can get.

Basic Frittata starter recipe
10" oven safe skillet or dish, greased
Pre-heat oven 375.
8 large eggs
1/2 c milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
cheese (shredded, chunks, any flavor)
Mix all the above in one bowl
Pre-cook everything you put in your frittata.
I usually cook them separately then add it all back into the pan
you are going to cook it in.
Over med heat add egg mixture to skillet, stir to incorporate everything
together. Every now and then I shake the pan till I see the sides setting up.
Place pan in oven cook anywhere 20-30 min. Shake pan, it should not
be jiggly at all and top brown.

Just before setting up.
Ok folks now the fun starts.....
