Spinach & Lettuce Salad Tuesday Market Meal

Today I brought home from the market a head of lettuce, some radishes, a broccoli head, spring onions, a few leaves of spinach and a loaf of ciabatta bread. The vegetables came from what we had leftover at market and the bread came from ibiscotti. We added some prosciutto we received from some wonderful ladies from Smithfield that came to visit the farm.
