Chicken, Chard & Penna take 2 Tuesday Market Meals

Tonight we took the left-over, warmed it up in the saute pan, beat up 4 farm fresh eggs and scrambled  it all together. As for the eggs we actually we use the broken and cracked ones (it's okay if the membrane is not broken). The pretty ones are for customers and if we didn't have any broken ones I would have to go buy old grocery store ones. This is not fair but I don't make the rules:( Now there should be a picture here but again I forgot to put my card back in the camera after down loading pictures earlier. So imagine yesterdays picture......
with scrambled eggs added;) OK I know not funny. Sorry, I'll try better next week. But kidding aside it tasted great. We will definitely be cooking this one again.
