Snow Peas

OMG soooo good, we just started picking the peas and honestly I have never cooked them. Regular peas yes, but it takes so long to shell them. With the snow peas I picked off the ends (next time I will be a little more careful to pick off the end so the little string along the bottom comes off, but let me say I'm not throwing them out because of a little string), then washed in cool water.
A little olive oil in a hot pan, then threw in the peas, stir several times.
Then I spooned 2tsps of chicken granuals over the peas and stired some  more.
Next I added water till the peas were just covered. Covered pan and let peas simmer for 15 or 20 min. Then took off the lid till all the water was cooked out. And added some butter.
