This is the first time we have grilled Bok Choi. And I have to say it was pretty good!
2 Bok Choi cut in half
Apple cider vinegar
garlic chives (chopped fine)
cilantro (chopped fine)
salt & pepper
Soak the cut in half bok choi in cold water, this will help loosen dirt in the crevices. swish them around also to help loosen more dirt. Mix up marinade, I just use a wisk add ingredients and wisk away. Taste to decide how much honey to sweeten.
Salt & Pepper, then add marinade over bok choi, save some to add while grilling.
The leaves will cook quickly, place chois so the bottoms are are on the heat the most. Grill till the bottoms are fork tender.
