4 or 5 Bok Choi (lite green stem)
hand full of cilantro
hand full garlic chives
Salt & pepper
2 spoons full of bacon grease
Cut up Kielbasa in links and grill on grill. Wash up veggies, chop up diakon radish. I like to brown radish a little before I add other vegetables, chop up green onions cook down.
Chop up Bok Choi & herbs and add to pan. Remember to salt & pepper to taste.
Choi will make its own liquid to cook in, medium heat and cook till done.
Plate and eat.
