Coming out of the garden & hydro house!

It has really started, each week we have more & more plant and veggies at the New Bern Farmers Market. And just to let you know you can come by on week days and pick up what you need at the garden. Picking for sale  for the first time, hydroponic mesclen mix & baby bok choi.

Not ready to harvest yet but this is bibb lettuce.

Now if we can time it right we should always have something ready to harvest each week. And of course we will still have our vegetables from the field and greenhouse

These we mix together and bag, lots of flavor alone, on a sandwich or added to more lettuce for a kickin' salad. Beautiful colorful radishes to add to a salad or stir fry up the radish and greens for a nice side dish. Yum, Yum!
