Russian Red Kale

Getting ready for market.
Bags of Tatsoi, Russian Red Kale, Arugula & baby lettuce.

Ok ready for the Russian Red Kale recipe that we fixed for supper tonight. We had beef in the crock pot cooking all day in BBQ sauce.

Start out by sauteeing 1 large sweet onion..your choice of oil we used (butter, bacon grease EVBG, olive oil. Cook til the color you want.

Washed Kale (be sure to wash well...it's grown in the dirt) Medium size collonders worth.

Rough chop and add to pan over onions

Slowly stir til wilted.

Add a little more butter and 1/4 cup of cheese. Low heat melt cheese & butter.

Add 1/8 cup of heavy cream and stir

til a little bubbly.

Can you believe it a picture of the final product.
This was so tasty. No bitterness at all. Quick and easy to prepare.
