These are French Breakfast Radishes
A couple of pats of butter (we added a tbls of bacon grease) throw in the radishes first 2min then add in the chopped radish greens, sautee until radish roots are transluscent.
MMM looks good so far.
Of course I didn't get a last picture because......we ate it all.
By sauteeing the radishes do not have the bite you taste when raw. The reason I wanted to try cooking radishes... our Ehdoorah (she is Karin) eats them this way.
