Recipe: Spinach & Green Onions w/ Potatoes

6 med potatoes (new potatoes if you can get them)
1 1/2 lb spinach
6 spring onions
1tbs minced garlic
1 pkg brats or other sausage
salt & pepper

Brown brats. Cut up and boil potatoes, add salt & pepper to water till just done.Wash spinach & spring onions well, chop and saute in olive oil, salt & pepper add garlic. Cut up brats in bite size pieces & add drained potatoes to spinach & onions. Toss well, taste for seasoning. Done, I really like one pot deals.
