Recipe: Goat Cheese stuffed Hamburgers

This recipe uses In The Red Farm Chevre Log goat cheese rolled in chives.

salt & pepper

Pat out two thin hamburgers one smaller than the other. Place goat cheese in the middle of larger patty, place smaller patty on top and fold over edges and seal. Put pattys in medium to low heat frying pan. This takes a little while, you want the heat low to cook the hamburger through and brown outside slowly. Turn and cook til juice runs clear.

Be sure to pinch the edges closed and shape.
