Recipe: Broccoli Raab with Goat Cheese & Noodles

bunch broccoli raab
goat cheese (In The Red Farm Chevre Log goat cheese rolled in chives)
1/4 cup cream
cooked noodles (I used spaghetti noodles broken in 2" pieces)
Salt & Pepper
chopped garlic

Clean, chop & saute broccoli raab & add garlic, add a little water if you need to cook til tender. Use about 1" of goat cheese log, break up and put in pan with raab. Add cream stir well. Add cooked noodles and you have it ready.
