Choy Sum Info.

Choy sum is a new vegetable for us this year. It is an Asian vegetable that we love. It has tender crunchy stems & flavorful flowers. All parts of this plant are edile. Usually used in stir frys & soups. It is a little tricky to clean , be sure to pull all the leaves a part and rinse each piece. There are many little spots for dirt and sand to hide in. The cleaning is worth the effort. You can add it to any stir fry or soup you are cooking. Be sure to try this great vegetable. Check the labels: recipes.
